* i reserve the right to refuse commissions for any reason.
PERSONAL USE COMMISSIONS ONLY.
* i may post the commission (wips, process, etc) unless requested otherwise.
* work completion requires about 1-2 weeks to 4 months. i've always taken long on pieces and will do my best to prioritize you. the time taken will depend on the type of commission chosen, its complexity, queue load, and personal life circumstances. please keep in mind that i am a 4yr uni student.

50% upfront and 50% payment after deciding on a rough sketch. must be paid within 1 week, otherwise it will be cancelled. i may allow a hold depending on the details.PROCESS & REVISIONS
1) commission confirmation w/ 50% payment
2) review details together
3) 2+ rough sketches for cilent to choose from (as many as needed, but please be reasonable)
4) remaining 50% payment
5) rough colors & lighting confirmation
6) continued rendering
7) final scan for mistakes
8) final file sent thru GMAIL* revisions can be made during the rough colors (up to 3). additional revisions will require a fee.
* revisions requested during the rendering stage may be considered, but will automatically result in a fee.
* fixing mistakes will not count as a revision. i will fix them at any stage of my process for you.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
i retain the original copyright and ownership of the work, and you may not override ownership of the commissioned artwork. i may use the commissioned piece for my social media unless we've discussed otherwise. no monetary purposes unless commercial use was agreed upon. crediting me (@hrt_dctr) is required within the description when using commissioned art for social media.REFUNDS

i may share updates out of my own volition, but you may check in and ask for updates as well. please do your best to get back to me promptly, if you have not responded to updates that require client feedback in 2 weeks, the delivery will be delayed and the commission may be at risk of cancellation if unresponsiveness extends to a month.
